The following section is about
Security and general safety issues:
The Host has the right to deny event participation at any time to be carried out by security. All security members are volunteers and have been instructed to help with the event by enforcing the rules. They are not allowed to be drinking while volunteering. If they are found to be drinking, they will be excused from their post and removed from the event. All security staff will wear identifying colors, words, and/or apparel.
You must have your ‘Palooza badge and a picture ID on your person at all times or within a short distance. Security, employees at the location, and Host cast members may ask to see any or both of these identifications at any time.
All verbal or physical acts made at the event locations are under the sole discretion of Theater management and event staff/Host cast members. Any acts deemed too vulgar or offensive will result in action up to and including eviction from the event.
The Host and locations are not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged personal items and body.
All purchases made at the event must be made in cash, no cards or checks please! (alcohol tickets, t-shirts, etc).
In order to drink, a special designated identifier must be worn in original unbroken state at all times.
The host cast and security
is not responsible for any actions made in the hotel rooms. Please
be courteous to other hotel guests, the public image of Rocky Horror,
the host cast, and your cast (if applicable).

No refunds on tickets unless approved by the host treasurer.
All tickets must be bought

No refunds on unused prop bags.
T-shirts can only be exchanged
with another t-shirt. All sizes are while supplies last.
All sales are final on all purchases made at event locations.
Section 3
The following section is about
alcohol at the event:
Only those 21 years and up may drink alcoholic beverages.
Event badges and a photo ID must be on your person at all times.
Any security personal or Host cast member may ask to see ID at any time during parties and drinking.
There will be different identifiers to identify 21+ years old and those under age.
Identifiers will be issued during open bar to identify 21+ drinkers. It must be work in its unbroken, original condition at all times
“Dumbass Passes” are passes bought and issued to audience members so that they may join the casts at the after-parties. Dumbass passes must be bought each night and cannot be used on another night. The price is $10.
Drinks are not covered under the event price of $45 or under "dumbass passes". Drink tickets must be purchased (cash only) separately for $2 per ticket. Each ticket is good for one drink: either a shot or a mixed drink, or a beer.
Tickets may be saved and are good to be used on the second night. (EX: bought Friday, can be used Saturday)
The bar tender(s) will mix drinks according to previously decided-on recipes or at the request of a drinker (if applicable). The bar tenders have full discretion of who may be served, how much to serve, what kind of drinks to serve, as well as breaks for themselves and bar closures.
The cast/individually made party drinks (punches, etc) will be kept by the bar and will be watched over by the bar tenders and the maker(s) of the drink at the request of the bar tenders, but drinkers will be able to serve themselves.
Minors are not allowed to loiter within 6 feet of the bar, the cast/individually made party drinks or of any storage of alcohol.
Minors are expected to observe the laws of alcohol consumption while they are at the event. Any minor caught stealing, bribing, or “taking sips/tastes” may be reprimanded up to and including eviction from the event.
All alcohol is on a "while supplies last" basis. Once it is out, it is out.
Any legal drinker found supplying minors with alcohol will be identifiers and possible drink tickets. They could also be not allowed to drink any alcoholic drink for the remainder of the party (night).
If any drinker is determined
to be unwilling or unable to cooperate with these rules, they may be
stripped of all alcoholic privileges for the remainder of the event.
Up to and including eviction from the event.
